1. Not true. ESPN is a distributor. It is not their job to provide information on competitors products. Does CBS provide listings for ABC programs? They may have a mutual agreement to do so. That doesn't make it mandatory.

I suppose it depends on how you look at it. On one hand, you're right, they are under no obligation to provide information for their competitor's products. On the other, the B1G is still a partner with ESPN for rights to televise football games. To provide promotion for a partner could be considered "good faith" and even help yourself in the long run by indirectly promoting your product.

It's a matter of perspective I guess.
