The positive on Murphy is his recruiting but we need to step it up to compete with Buffalo. Even when Clark graduates, they have some high major players. Masinburg and Harris made Arizona's NBA prospects look like NBA developmental players.

I am not certain how good Silver is.
McaDoo could be a nice starter in the MAC but not a star.
Ellison, Jones have MAC role player potential but I don't see them as starters.

King and Harris have the bodies but not MAC talent IMHO. Both should be councilled that they'll never play at this level and that Murphy will try to help them transfer.
