I'm thinking the Big 12 is trying to taint the ACC and the SEC by this Adidas scandal so that the Big 12 can land FSU & Clemson at least, if not other ACC schools too.

It's already been reported that someone (Marty Blazer) who was arrested for SEC (not the conference) fraud & who had past ties to college athletics went undercover for leniency. Coaches from multiple conferences, including the B12, have been arrested. Nike offices has been raided along with agents. I don't see any validity in this theory.
