Tarman - though still alive - has had dementia since the late 2000s.

Yeah, there's an article about him being honored back in 2012, and he couldn't be there due to the affliction. Looking back, it looks like yet another bad gesture by the school.

I tried watching parts of Saturday's game, but, yeah...it doesn't feel right. Not even PSU-Pitt (in their throwbacks, no less...a look to the game I haven't seen since I was a kid!) could keep me too interested.

It's not the same. It was built on a lie. No evidence the school really wants to do anything really different...it's still clutching its books and privacy like it did before. No class.
