Ruff isn't coming back and neither is Riley. Compher made the move to make the program his own. Had Coach Mo won 8 or 9 games last year and 8 or 9 this year, Compher would be trying to leverage that into a better job. - That's why he is bad for ECU. Compher has to go. Mo needs to be sat down and told he has this year and next to turn things around or he is out.

ECU wants to be a 'big boy' school when it comes to football. What do the 'big boy' schools do when something like this happens? They pony up the money and fire the AD and coaches, then pony up again and hire somebody that can get the job done. ECU raised a buttload of money in a very short time for the stadium renovation. Let this season play out as 2-10 or 0-12 and I guarantee EVERY large donor would say yes to re-appropriating that money to get rid of Compher (and likely Mo). ECU doesn't need a nicer press box right now. There's no sense in painting a sinking ship.
