Latest models sending it more west. Florida landfall then possibly briefly back in Atlantic before possibly hugging SC/GA border. Atlanta and probably Greenville would both be experiencing cat 1 hurricane (or higher) or strong TS winds in these paths.

FYI, 959 millibars is about a cat 3 hurricane. 990 is a cat 1.

and just this morning it was 'x(E)'.....

they just don't know yet.....you simply have to go somewhere inland.....

this one could kick your arse out of your mouth in the peninsula....ya can't fight wind + water in that predicted zone....it's not russian roulette, but it's not far from it.....

A friend who lives in Olive Branch has a home in Vero Beach also, his wife is there and decided it would be fun to ride it out. 01-wingedeagle

I don't think "fun" is exactly the word I'd use...

She's always been a few cards short of a full deck anyway so...
