Yeah, and that is a perfect example of how coach of the year is nothing but media mess. Just like Pastner was coach of the year in the ACC. If it were legit, coach of the year would be someone like Coach K, Roy Williams, Self, etc. instead they choose someone who takes a really crappy team and makes them just crappy.

Crappy is taking a Texas Tech team, I mean it's Texas Tech, to the tournament with an at large bid? Cool...
Yeah but its not like they did better than Memphis so why would we want to hire that guy ... Oh wait, I get it now....
