Say what you want about Talley. He was the only CUSA all freshman team player we’ve ever had. Not to mention he was one of our best players his sophomore year. I know it didn’t work out the way everyone wanted it to but that kid helped us win games. Hardly a swing and a miss. **** happens, he didn’t work out but for two years he was a nice contributor.

Hueitt is obviously a talented kid as well. He found a situation that was better for him. Closer to home. No hard feelings. Both good players and that’s how D1 college hoops works now. If u think all these programs are stocked full of 4 year players you are kidding yourself.
If we can't keep them here for 4 years for discipline or lack of work ethic, it is swing and a miss. That's part of recruiting.
