RE: New Coaches Poll Released........Guess how many votes we received?
When did Amway, the "legal pyramid scheme", with its quasi-religious devotion become the title sponsor of the football poll? A few surprises/takeaways:

- Texas ranked? Only team coming off a losing season that made it into the top 25
- Only two teams on our schedule even listed, Tennessee at #24 and La Tech in votes
- AAC has only one team ranked, USF. They have 4 others receiving votes.
- Surprised to see UNC and UCLA that far down in the votes section
-The #1 and #3 team play week 1 in Atlanta
-#9 and #16 play week 1 in Dallas
- App St is positioned very well. Remember how they started last year at Tenn. I see them only losing 2 games all year. Scott Saterfield is 21-5 the last two years at App St. He will be the hottest/trendy name for a bigger school next season.
