I think all the evidence needs to come out before we go one way or the other. Could be a good shoot, could be a bad shoot. We won't know until Noor stops impeding the investigation

But let me ask....

Is not one of the rallying cries of people who have wanted to crucify the police as racist trigger happy murderers been "but the penalty for doing X is not death". In the case of Micheal Brown he tried to take the cops gun and then later was coming towards him...

She could have been "slapping" the trunk so that they knew she was coming up from behind them, as a lot of people do.

edit: At the end of the day there were two cops in the car, only one was startled enough to pull his gun and that was the guy with no degree, several existing complaints, and who was "fast tracked" onto the force in 7 months so they could be "diverse".

I'm just saying that people get shot by the police for less.

Yes and the police get off for less.
