In the spirit of "raise the bridge or lower the water", how about doing what a couple of stadiums have done by lowering the playing field to improve site lines for lower row seats - making them more valuable?

The subsurface water table is so high in Jones Valley that this solution may not be feasible even if the money was available. (I 59/20 west of the Arkadelphia exit was rebuilt on a subsurface bridge because of this (caused some sink holes).

this is possibly the dumbest post in the history of BlazerTalk...and that includes every conversation that included BlazerSax
