If the NCAA would allow C-USA to split up and split their credits then the East and the West could each add 1-3 schools and things would be rosy.

I agree with the OP that Georgia St with their media market and retrofitted stadium are the best choice in the East followed by Appalachian St and Georgia Southern.

In the west I think Texas St is at best the third west option after Arkansas St and ULL.
