He isn't released from the loi. Just released to transfer. Completely different.

So other words Western is just releasing him to transfer? I believe turd turd was only one Western tried to block from doing that . Western lost the appeal on that one. So yeah, I understand that.

The only different in the release and no release is a kid must pay his own way without the release. That really isn't a hurdle anyways
