Idaho
Montana
Montana St
UC Davis
Sac St
Cal Poly
NMSU

Who's their 8th? Among current FCS teams in the Mountain and Pacific time zones, only the following seem to have stadiums with a capacity of at least 15,000: Northern Arizona, Idaho, Weber State, Montana State, Portland State, Sac State, and Montana. Cal Poly and UC Davis would have needed to up their game. If you encroach into Texas and Louisiana, as the WAC did in reality, you have a few more options outside the SWAC: SFA, Northwestern State, Lamar, and McNeese State. Going north, there's also Missouri State, Northern Iowa, SDSU, and NDSU, but those may be a bridge too far.
