Hoy, may be on campus now. Not sure if he arrived earlier this week or today. Someone that was at the QB camp BELEIVES he may have been there today (organized and run by Coach Whitcomb), either saw him or was told that he is on campus. Not sure if he participated or was just seen.

Unless it would somehow violate NCAA rules, you can bet that if he is on campus, he was enrolled and fully participating in the camp under the watchful eye of Coach Whitcomb. I don't know if he will be our starter, but I think he will bring an awful lot to the competition, and one of the other two will have to be looking really good to keep him off the field.
