Would you *ever* advise a business who needs a long term stable partner to not just enter into a contractual relationship with an entity that had previously breached that contract, *and* subsequently breached every similar contract to climb the ladder?

Sorry, the core thread of Todd's being is wrapped up in that history. In context, the first time shame on you. The second, shame on me.
