MW Spring Meetings 2017
http://www.themw.com/news/basketball-com...06-06-2017

The MW ended the spring meetings today. Here is a quick summary.

1. Focus on basketball scheduling to improve getting multiple bids.

2. The Board received detailed information regarding the current media rights landscape and engaged in an in-depth discussion of the Mountain West’s favorable positioning with regard to opportunities across multiple linear, digital and emerging platforms.

3.The Board endorsed a new approach in communications, digital/social media and the MW Network, designed to raise the profile of the league and its member-institutions.

Something seems afoot regarding the TV situation if there was a lot of discussion about it. Also, the discussion about raising the MW Network profile.
