I think she's done a good job getting the assistant team together. Just reading bio's it seems like she tried to get a lot of experience from the Mid-Atlantic, especially Charlotte. Games vs UNC-C might be interesting just due to the Ed Baldwin connection.

Hopefully Coach McCray can do some good last minute recruiting to help build next year's roster. I don't expect too much for this first year, but at the very least McCray will be able to offer a bunch of playing time and the opportunity to play under a national-championship coach.

I'm excited Nikki could put together such a solid staff. I had always like Richard Fortune, has great recruiting ties in the mid-atlantic. As a former Boo Williams travel team coach, it keeps solid ties with Boo. Brittany Young has worked with Nikki at USC, and just finished the year at Stetson. Which just had one of their best season ever. Ed Baldwin certainly brings knowledge, leadership and experience, plus having worked at top programs like USC & Ohio St.
