I believe the ESPN3 telecast is all done by ETSU. ETSU uses its own equipment, does its own camera work, maintains the internet uplink and uses its own announcers. The only thing I think ESPN3 does is just provide a platform to watch the game. If that is the case (I am not for sure would like to see someone jump in who knows) then you would have a wider audience on YouTube or Facebook. The quality of the broadcast would just be depend on the home team doing the work which I believe it already is doing.
