Yes it was with oversight. And it was a no brainer to spend $30M cash on a MLB stadium and 67 acres of downtown. We have spent 10 times that much on academic buildings in the last 4 years. But then again we are Tier I Carnegie research university and not Devry with a football team.

Not our fault that STILL nobody wants you in their conference. Now run and tell that.
