All parking ($5) is in front of the arena (supershort walk) and gated and monitored by campus police. Only a fence separates the parking lot and Interstate. So the neighborhood's a non-factor.

I'm guessing Bradley agreed to (a) help out a state school & (b) another game in Chicago for alumni/recruiting that'll basically be a virtual home game anyway. If their game at Loyola is on a weeknight where exposure is minimal, it makes sense to schedule @ChiSt on a weekend.
