Is he allowed to practice?

Who know there could be other issues related to him being an international student. An issue related to playing with the Finnish National Team? impermissible benefits while on that team? Or did he use up some NCAA eligibility in Finland????

This article is geared more for members of the compliance staffs than us posters but it discusses the issue. About 1% of NCAA D-I athletes are foreign.

More bs from the hypocritical NCAA. They have their rules that put heavy restrictions on the student athletes but at the same time their focus is on $$$.
