Basically, what I'm saying is, I thought retention was becoming an issues, but it's making the whole roster buy in on what's happening. Nobody is getting away with anything. I think that matters when creating a culture that you want.

Correct Matt Thorton, Todd Porter, Barnes, even Roback have had suspensions. Better that then the mess I see over at MSU football right now with their three, four and five star players. You better pay attention to the culture of the players you're bringing in and keep it that way.
