New Orleans vs Lubbock ? That seems to be an easy choice. The premise of Tulane getting an sec invite was Kansas and ou joined the big 10. At that point, Texas is shopping itself since the big 12 is done and the combo of Tulane and Texas to the sec isn't crazy. If Texas were to consider the sec, I think they would want either Texas tech or Tulane to be their partner and the sec would be fine with either. Although I suspect every sec school would favor Tulane if possible.
