To me, that draw has a fairly high likelihood of yielding no English teams in the quarters

Man City and Liverpool are favorites in their ties. Spurs are slight underdogs. Chelsea are the only English club that are huge underdogs.

My guess is that Liverpool will have no issues with Atleti, Man City will pip Real, and Spurs/Chelsea will bow out.
