Unbelievable. To be sure Valverde is done. No excuses for blowing not one, but two 3+ goal leads. I mean, WTF? It's like the entire team just sat around and waited for Messi to do Messi things. Especially Alba who had that clear shot on goal and for some reason back passed it to Messi who then lost the ball.

Seriously though, all props to Liverpool as they were the better team over both legs. I can't hate on Liverpool because I like Klopp since his days at Dortmund and he seems to be an all around good guy.

It was strange too. The guys who panicked werent the younger guys....Malcolm, Arthur, etc....when the 2nd half onslaught was coming. It was the veterans that panicked....Busquets, Jordi Alba, and Pique. Once the youngsters came on they(the youngsters) actually played without fear and attacked Liverpool. However, every time the ball made it to Busquets, Messi, or Suarez it was inevitably a back pass or lost possession in that final 10 minutes.
