10000000%

Real Madrid and Barcelona have plenty of money and don't need Financial help from La Liga unlike the EPL clubs that are owned by Billionaire Oligarchs.

RM has its own issues at the moment and will probably splash cash on a new coach (Conte) and transfers. As for RM, if it goes with Conte then Hazard is probably out of the picture. Barca, on the other had, has an internal expense/income ratio that is pressing up against, even after recording $1B in revenues. That includes wages from all its sports teams; however, as expected the men's soccer team makes up the majority of said wage expense. Barca will have to sell some players to be able to afford any new expensive players so the likes of Mbappe are probably a no go and Neymar, well, for other reasons, is more a no go than Mbappe, at least until Messi retires, etc.

Edit: No Conte for RM so I guess Hazard is still in play.
