That's us Eastern European's tough as nails lol. That's so cool that you guys have actually heard of Moldova. I usually have to explain it to most people. Well most people being A bunch of 18-20 year old millennial's like me LOL. Yeah I was adopted from there when I was 10 months old by loving American parents. They saved my life... crazy how that works right. That's the one thing Moldova has going for it their wine lol.

that's cool how you were adopted...i think...hope your life has turned out for the best!

and for the record, i teach world geography...moldova isn't even close to the most random geographic area in the world

Lesotho, the Armenian borders with Azerbaijan, and the entire Southern Pacific Island complex are waving their hands in the back of the room 03-lmfao

Sporcle saved my sanity in my grad school downtime, so I've become very well accustomed to geography in a names and locations sense at the very least. It always fascinated me how many countries have extremely similar flag concepts and reasons behind them. Look at Romania, Moldova, and oddly enough Andorra just for ***** and gigs...really the commonalities and significant difference between cultures in such a small area in the former Yugoslavia and surrounding geographic area (Andorra is clearly not included there, though the Basque Country is another cool, if violent, story too) is incredible to me...especially when you consider how the USSR attempted to fit all of those square pegs into a big round hole.

so many great random spots in the world...to make this soccer related, kaliningrad is not even touching russia...just a random oblast that russia needed to have a nonfrozen port on the baltic sea...so cool, but so weird

and now macedonia or former yugoslav republic of macedonia is going to be renamed to north macedonia due to the northern region of greece that is known as macedonia

the world is everchanging and damn awesome

HUSKYPRIDE happy that your life has turned out awesome! congrats and thankful for great people in the world
thanks man!
