We have a Golden Generation coming up with Pulisic leading the line.

I don't feel awful, and this is exactly why. Reliance on over the hill or effortless MLSers got us here, now maybe we'll change our game. We definitely won't have to deal with Gulati or Arena anymore.

This MLS hate is absolutely baffling. When Jurgen was using primarily Euro players y'all were screaming for more MLS players on the team. Now that there are more MLS players on the team y'all are screaming for more Euro players on the team. Make up your freaking minds!!

I think Bearcat is talking about MLS players that were solid Euro players but came home for the bigger payday.

I dont think anyone has issues for players like Acosta or Nagbe that are working their way up MLS

Exactly. I love Arriola and Acosta for the future. That was 100% directed at players like Bradley, Altidore, Dempsey, etc. who have all noticeably regressed since coming back here in drive, mentality, and skill. Bradley was playing serious minutes for ******* ROMA and comes home to play for Toronto FC. It begins and ends with us not having a stabilizing force in the midfield, and he's primarily at fault.

I never once clamored against Euro players either, outside of Terrence Boyd I thought every team selection for Klinsmann was warranted.

Missing Brooks was huge for these games, and Village's inability to attack a ball carrier if his life depended on it was the cause of the second goal. No way that shot happens if he pressures him even in the slightest.

I agree with this, in particular bradley, who i feel like threw the team and klinsmann under the bus at every opportunity, because he was pissed about his dad. He has played like **** for at least two years. Dempsy hasnt been the same since the heart thing, but i didnt mind him as a super sub, probably where he belonged.
