To be entirely fair here, our defensive options are rather thin. Especially with Brooks out.

My confusion is guys like Dax McCarty who has basically zero World Cup Qualifer experience getting thrown into a pair of games that are literally likely going to decide if we're playing November Friendlies or preparing for a winner take all two leg playoff against a South Korea or Australia.

We used the Gold cup for experience...now we should be calling on our normal top group to get the games that really count.
