It seems like a formality now though. Also, doesn't look like PSG is actually paying the release clause, the govt of Qatar is. That seems to be the big Financial Fair Play item folks are talking about and the reason UEFA will get involved. PSG, the club, simply doesn't have the money itself to pull off this deal, I just want it be over as it has carried on long enough. Neymar, or probably more so his father, is all about the money. Let him have it and be gone.

In a year Qatar wont have the money to afford it either if the Saudi embargo continues.
