That second half shows why we can't have Altidore and Dempsey on the front line together anymore. We looked so much more dynamic once we had a player up top who has a work rate higher than that of a tired slug. I'd be fine with Wood/Dempsey up top or even what we did after subbing out Dempsey w/Pulisic playing up top and Acosta in the middle...but we cannot have both of them up there and expect much on the offensive side.

If our defense plays like they did in a majority of that game, we'll be lucky to keep Mexico to 3 goals. There was a ton of space, crosses were finding their targets with far too much consistency, and our outside backs were out of position quite a bit in the second half.
