I'd contend that clubs 15-50(so bottom quarter of PL and the Championship/top of L1) in England are usually more competitive than almost any other country in the world.....aside from maybe Germany.

Eh...I bet the Rel teams in England would be mid-range at best in Italy, Spain, and France, and the majority of Championship clubs would be in the bottom half of most of Italy and France, might still be mid in Spain...La Liga is dreadful outside of the top 8 or so.. Definitely a cool thought experiential though.

Top 15 clubs in Spain and Germany better in most cases right now. Italy...meh other than Juve. My belief is that, other than maybe Germany, the bottom 5 clubs in the PL and the teams in the Championship are stronger(fan support, financials, etc) than their counterparts in Spain and Italy.

Fan Support and Financials I would 100% agree, I was more or less referring to on-field performance. I don't think Sunderland/Hull/Middlesbrough would crack the top 10 in any other Top 5 league.

and Im not saying they would. I am saying that they would kill in Segunda Division of La Liga and Serie B.
