According to a post I saw online last week, the updated Master Plan is still in draft so the final version of the #NewVillage is not finalized. I haven't seen anything shared anywhere of what they're building in Ikenberry's place, but obviously somebody has a plan for what's going there.

In the 2017 version of the master plan, 6 large 5-story structures replaced the existing 10 3-story structures. That's all I have to go on right now but have been told "that plan is outdated and not our ultimate plan"
