I will agree that UNO to the Horizon would be an insanely stupid move for UNO, since none of the teams in the Horizon have any local presence. I'd rather they stay in the Summit because I don't think the university can compete at an MVC level with its current budget and coaching woes, but I will admit that joining the MVC would bring a little hype, since the schools there still have name recognition in Omaha.

If I had to say what I think will happen, it's this:
Valpo to the MVC
IPFW to the Horizon
Summit looks for someone to poach from the WAC. Maybe UMKC again?
IUPUI hopes for another domino to fall so it can jet from the Summit

If Slummit takes UMKC and Chicago St drops sports then the WAC would fold right? New Mexico St could then end up in the Slummit making the conference not too shabby...I have some sentimental feelings towards the Slummit because UNI played there when I was a kid, going by the name Mid Continent and not Slummit.
