Jackson doesn't have to sit out because he graduates in Mayt, and would be a graduate transfer. Underclassmen have to sit out a year unless they apply for and receive an NCAA hardship waiver.

Yes, he has one year of eligibility left, whether that had been at Rice or somewhere else, as a graduate student. Same with Marcus Jackson. They are both getting degrees form Rice this May, supposedly.

No, Egor and Jackson have one year of eligibility. Evans will be able to play two more seasons, since he can use his redshirt during his one-year ineligibility after transferring.
