Saw an interesting comment from UVA’s Bronco Mendenhall on why some kids chose not to sign in the early period - he said some HS coaches just wanted to do it once so they discouraged players from signing early. Others wanted to sign as a group with teammates..not sure if either apply to Harmon or other Rice non-signees but I thought it was interesting in this first year.
