From what I've heard the number one ingredient missing from this team the last few years is leadership. I've also heard that Paul Jackson fits nicely into that role.

I like the local flavor of this class. If nothing else it will boost attendance.

I agree on leadership.

Normally a team with JT4, Bond, etc. should be long on leadership but apparently not...

Good info on Paul Jackson.
