Not according to the people I've talked to with direct access to the team. They believe it was a catch, and the 3B swears he made the tag on the pickoff in the 6th. Doesn't matter now, but I couldn't let that false report slide.

Either way we're playing much better than anyone expected, and the future looks very promising for Kermit and the Apps.

Look....we know what we were told.....you played very well and lost the series but now you are inferring that we are lying. We were told exactly what has been stated, the umpire made his call. That's it.

Repeating what you were told (first hand or fifth hand) isn't lying, no one doubts you truly believe it, but it could it still could be false.

Highly unlikely the player told someone affiliated with ULL it wasn't a catch which somehow made it to this message board while continuing to represent to App affiliates that it was a catch.

But hey doesn't matter, congrats on the win. Hope we see you guys in the tournament.
