Again, why aren't there any good basketball programs in the NY area if it is such hotbed for recruiting? This observation nukes your assertion. WHy are UNC and DUke rosters full of people from the south, and no NYC players? You don't ever respond to these points. if we go by their rosters, it makes sense for ACC to have tourney in the south if tournament location is good for recruiting.
I'm agreeing w/ you. There hasn't been a multigenerational river of talent and titles flowing from NYC.
