Duke, in particular, will have to be careful not to fall into the trap of a "cult of personality" with Coach K that has bitten more than a few schools in recent memory. Coaching trees are impressive, but sometimes it is useful to inject fresh ideas into a program.
And when work "families" become intertwined with real families, alarm bells should go off in AD's heads.
