UC gets half of concessions, which I'm guessing equals somewhere between 2.5 and 7.6 million per year (UC would get half of that), UC gets all the parking revenue and match fees totaling around $150,000 dollars (based on the two contracts using a low average attendance number of 15000). The idea that they are getting chump change out of this is silly.

This is before we even get into marketing benefits, exposure benefits to the University, benefits to the local businesses whose success is beneficial to the University, etc.
