They are profiting off of UC's largess, primarily because of the Lindner family's (Carl Jr, NOT CL III)) support of UC. I get that, but I don't have to support that.

All I need to know about this deal is that UC is paying for the bastardization of Nippert. Try to spin that anyway you can but that's just F'in wrong!

My understanding is that the University gets recouped for that following completion--didn't that get established in a previous thread?

FCC paid for it, then FCC gets to collect 100% concession revenue until it regains what it spent. Then concessions get split 50 50. UC never spends a dime.
