That's a very good laser time. He's closer to a 4.5 hand held. The hand held, runner starts and then the person with the stopwatch reacts and starts the timing. Talking about a 1.5- 1.8 second difference at the very least between the two types of timing.
Williams is the MAC's highest rated WR commit in 2018.

You DO mean .15-.18, right? Otherwise he’s hitting about a 3 second 40, which would be maybe too fast for a QB to hit.

No coffee early in the day is a bad thing.
