Thats great. But wouldn't the online audience for ODU be in the western part of the state or the military? Maybe it flew over the base too. Seems Hampton Roads would be a target for on-campus students. I'd love to see a couple of billboards on 95, 64 and 58 promoting our traditional on campus programs. If Longwood and VCU have billboards in Hampton Roads, seems ODU should have them in Richmond, Roanoke and NoVa.
