A few months ago, I said wasn't going to grump on the Sadler choice, if he showed some improvement each year in terms of x's and o's for our players. (I mean that's what he was supposedly GREAT at doing, right?)

I'm NOT seeing any improvement.. I'm seeing regression.

That being said, I don't care who you've been given after hitting the recruitment trail and who you've recruited, unless they just don't fit your system.

You're the coach, you make them better.

After this half of the season, I'm done giving Doc any leeway... His system has looked like crap, players that can't do the basics. I want a clean slate.. Doc was here to stop the bleeding and he's failed miserably at that.

I think this line said it all or me:
