And now I hear Dodgers are competing with Nats for Sale! I can see one trade for a moderately priced player (e.g. McCutchen, Sale, Dozier) that will probably take a bunch of prospects and then pretty much standing pat to stay under the threshold.

Speaking of Sale/McCutchen, hearing Nats are leading for both/either but can only afford (prospects for) one. Either is a huge help but it seems like Sale would bring the most value (as well as protect against Strasburg injury issues).
