That's why. LeBron has another year in Cleveland and he's not going to settle for the same-ol' next year. Not that the Cavs can put together an All-Star team like GS but they will have to try something. KI is the trade bait to get a big defender.

I will be shocked if the Cavs don't tinker with the lineup. I don't disagree that Kyrie is potential trade bait but you can't add by subtraction and equal GS. Durant was added to their roster and they didn't lose anybody key. Kyrie is second to LeBron in terms of putting up big offensive numbers. Bogut, if healthy, could be resigned as the backdoor rim protector. I just don't see trading Kyrie's instant offense and/or offensive threat when James gets a blow on the bench strictly for a defender. Now, Paul George or Carmelo Anthony....
