Explain please, but before you do, I think that is the way OOC scheduling should be. That is not a negative in any form or fashion. I look at it as no different than in FB where a FBS teams brings in a FCS team. 99% of the time they find an FCS team with an easy drive. What SMU is doing playing teams so far away is highly unusual. What we did when we brought Alcorn State to JMU was also highly unusual. Those kids bused all the way to Harrisonburg from Mississippi for over 13 hours.

I know that MBB is a different animal, but unless some school is really paying you some serious cash as Stanford did JMU back in '09 and UCLA did in '12, you keep OOC games regional and with those who will garner the most support for your students, alumni, and the local community.

As my first sentence ask, please convince me why you would do something different.
