I kind of made an assumption that this would only be for home games so what do we care about W&M and Towson? I'd think anyone who is going to broadcast games has to have some time planning their production including equipment setup, commentator schedules, etc. Are you saying this might be some sort of package deal between the three schools? While I'd like to have the game @ W&M broadcast, we don't even play Towson this year.

Seems like everything at JMU moves at a snail's pace.

It's quite possible that CSN got inundated with the regional AD's all looking for individual deals. I could see CSN telling them, "JMU, W&M, and Towson - this will easier for everyone if we all get together and create a package deal for you guys."

(If only we had an organization...like a competent conference... to handle this situation.)
